Space Sweepers

Space Sweepers reminded me of "Guardians of the Galaxy". It tries to build characters while it introduces friendly, yet interesting space creatures. Unlike Star Wars, one of the protagonists is a strong female lead who does not need to be rescued. The first few minutes were good enough, but there was a lull in the film that made it difficult for me to continue watching.

Drops of God

Drops of God is an Apple TV+ series in three languages: Japanese, French, and English. It is about two people, who compete for a sizable inheritance if they meet certain requirements and pass a series of, sometimes cruel, tests. These individuals may be related, which makes it more complicated. Add to that their personal lives that seem to alternately unravel and eventually come to some stability.

Visit to Korean Friendship Bell in San Pedro, California

Korean Friendship Bell - San Pedro California San Pedro, California--

The massive and intricately-decorated bell and pavilion was donated in 1976 to the people of Los Angeles by the people of the Republic of Korea to celebrate the bicentennial of the U.S. independence, honor veterans of the Korean War, and to consolidate traditional friendship between the two countries.

Recently, Korea and the United States renewed their commitment for economic, political and military cooperation.
