Wu Wenguang Program: CDAR (Center for Documentary Arts and Research) Post-realist Seminar
The University of California, Santa Cruz will have two events centered around the visit of Wu Wenguang, one of China's leading independent documentary makers, and three artists (Zhang Mengqi, Li Xinmin, Zou Xueping) from the Caochangdi Workshop in Beijing.
Where
The second of these events is a CDAR (Center for Documentary Arts and Research) post-realist seminar which offers a great opportunity for in-depth and close-range discussion with the Caochangdi group on issues of documentary field work, remembering, collective choreography, and anything relevant that comes to your mind.
