Feel the stones underfoot, see and smell the beauty of flowering blossoms, hear the rush of a waterfall and savor the flavors of a variety of local Chinese restaurants as they provide demonstrations and tastes of traditional Chinese dishes.

Feel the stones underfoot, see and smell the beauty of flowering blossoms, hear the rush of a waterfall and savor the flavors of a variety of local Chinese restaurants as they provide demonstrations and tastes of traditional Chinese dishes.

Prepare your taste buds for a tour of Chinese delights with cooking demonstrations all month long. Topics include the history and art of dumplings, potstickers, Lanzhou-style noodle pulling, dim sum, marbled tea eggs, Chinese tea ceremonies and more. Cooking demonstrations take place every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in June. 

Plus, test your chopstick skills with a friend at “The Chopstick Challenge,” an opportunity to see how well you truly can do with a pair of chopsticks.
