These artists have made a significant impact on the contemporary art world and have expanded definitions of “Chinese contemporary art.”

Organized by the Rubell Family Collection and featuring various forms—painting, installation, photography and new media—the exhibition reveals perspectives and attitudes towards tradition, as well as powerful responses to China today.
