Professor Patton has worked internationally with thousands of executives and managers to enhance their communication, leadership and team-based skills. His international work has primarily focused on the Pacific Rim and he works extensively with the Center for Asian-Pacific Leadership at USC, and he has also advised on several hundred consulting engagements in the U.S. and abroad.
Prof. Patton teaches in the Executive MBA, Global Executive MBA (at Jiao Tong University, Shanghai) and MBA.PM Programs in the Marshall School and has received more than a dozen awards and commendations for outstanding teaching and mentoring.
